STOP THE HURT

Past hurts linger because we continue to relive them.
Realise: IT’S YOU THAT’S HURTING YOU.

WHAT TO DO WITH HURT?

Suppressing hurt doesn’t work. Dumping your feelings on others doesn’t work.
Getting stuck with hurt and moping around feeling sorry for yourself doesn’t work.

What works is letting go.

Let the hurt go. Be wise. Be free. Take your power back and move on.

If you need to communicate and clear things up, or reflect to gain insight from the hurt, then it’s worth doing so.

BE SENSITIVE

Remember not to hurt others. Be sensitive and careful with other people’s emotions.
