When you’re angry, you lose the ability to see the reality of what’s happening.
Anger whether repressed or expressed damages YOU.

SHIFT YOUR ANGER

Create some breathing space. Breathe deeply, breathe slowly.
Take a break. Go out for a walk. Have a coffee. Write or draw your feelings.
In other words, take time out to regain your cool.

BE POSITIVE, BE COOL

Let your mind become cool, transparent and serene – like a waterfall.
Let everything flow – moving forward, never stuck, never resisting.
Wash away any traces of irritation and frustration. Washing away all the anger.
