C is for Complaining

We complain when something is not happening right. We complain, wishing things were different. When we dwell on what’s wrong, our energy and happiness diminishes. Complaining wrecks mood and motivation – ours and others.

BE POSITIVE, BE APPRECIATIVE

As you focus more on the positive, you start to appreciate what is, as it is.¬†Where it’s the roof over your head or the beautiful sunrise, there’s always something to appreciate. Behind the clouds, allow your appreciation to shine, illuminating everything and everyone around you.

Appreciate genuinely.
