Anger can be a by-product of our unfulfilled expectations and our way of thinking rather than a person or an event. Choose to calm down and you’ll find it easier to get over your anger and get back in control.

    Today try to break out of anger safely. Write a letter to the person you’re angry with and then throw it away. Air your anger on paper rather than lashing out. Symbols, doodles and stick figures are all acceptable.
