Relationship Solutions 3: Self

What relationship do I have with myself? How do I feel about myself? Where do I start? What is my internal dialogue like?

If my information is coming thorough the five senses of the body the problem is that this leads to complications with my self identity:
1. My Mortality. I feel fragile. Any relationship that is underpinned with fear causes sorrow. This fear causes fractions in relationships.
2. The sense of loss of peace and happiness. All the things we are looking for are already within us. We haven’t lost anything. We are perfect, beautiful spiritual beings but we are not in touch with it.

What we want is to be able to connect our physical senses with how we perceive things on the inside. Remembering that peace and happiness comes from within and allowing the fragrance to spread into my senses gives me the opportunity to see what is going on outside and to connect with each individual on a spiritual level.

We have conflicts in relationships, may be because life is trying to show us that the solution is inside ourselves rather than the fault of someone else?

How do I experience that relationship with myself? What is the evidence that I am a perfect, beautiful spiritual being?
a. The experience: Don’t believe everything that you read or hear! Investigate and explore. Nobody could argue with you once you have experienced.

b. Other people become a positive mirror of your quality.

How does this transform relationships?
‘From inside out’. We have a capacity not just to cope with our feelings but with others’ also. When you are peaceful, this reminds others of their positivity and they will want to spend more time with you. You will naturally give the gift of peace, with humility. When people experience their inner qualities, there is peace and harmony.
