Refresh Yourself

It is important not to hate the self or to dislike the self. The parts of ourselves that we do not like we can actually use as entry points to go deeper into the self. What are their opposites? The opposite was your original quality, only it has now become its opposite due to forgetting who we are and in the bid for ‘survival’. Know that you were originally and are eternally peace, purity, love, truth and happiness. Amplify your inner world.

Use this meditation to refresh and re-energies as you connect to your true natural state of being.

Sitting comfortably, step back from all the scenes that are in your mind and turn inwards…
Let go of all thoughts and step back into that calm and comfort of your inner space…
Choose to sit inside…
Let go of your physical surrounding and sit just behind the forehead…

Become aware of yourself as a thinking and feeling being…
Aware of yourself as the one is creating the thoughts in your mind……..
Now create thoughts that allow you to connect with yourself in a natural way…

Become aware of yourself as a very tiny point of light…
just like a star…
You begin to experience your natural state of being…
of peace…
You choose to radiate this peace into your mind…
You choose to allow your mind to absorb these peaceful feelings…
and your whole awareness becomes filled with calm…

Your energy begins to feel completely renewed and refreshed…
You feel that you have everything you need inside you.
