What things make us feel healed?
Nature, words, food and self talk when there is with truth behind it. Healing is to do with wholeness. It is to do with knowing who I am really, and not labelling myself negatively.
Healing two things brings us into wholeness: the body and the inner being (the soul-the feelings). To heal our feelings, first we need to heal our thoughts. In meditation, go deep inside touching your core and start to feel your inner qualities and experience them. Then the healing starts. As we heal we automatically spread the vibrations of healing out into the world.
Sometimes what is inside can’t come out, we can’t be our real self, that positive and powerful inner being.
What are those clogging agents/germs?
– Fear, worry, anxiety, hate, greed, desires… all kinds of negativity.
– Trying to change people, expectation, anger, etc.
– When we compromise our truth because of others we can’t heal either.
What are the antidotes?
– All the opposites: courage, care, love, compassion, generosity, etc.
– All the tools that we need to heal are inside of us, but we have moved away from them. For example, fear comes from not knowing myself, not understanding.
– Physical things can never heal the spiritual self. Healing should start from inside, like a wound heals from inside. Then the healing shines in your eyes and face.
What are the spiritual antibiotics?
The thoughts that I feed the most win the battle.
1. Exercise: Go inside, then up to the Supreme and come down into action. Create this relationship with the self and God. Spend time with your qualities to get to know them, create a quiet space to genuinely listen and talk to yourself in.
2. A good diet: positive, good and quality thoughts, which are less in quantity than negative ones. When our thoughts slow down I can see things clearly. Use your time to create positive thoughts. Apply a replacement therapy. Give yourself permission to remove the negativity. Replace them with good thoughts. Understand and see yourself from a different perspective.
3. Anger, bad thoughts about others are pollutants. See the goodness, forgive and forget. Only when I change the whole situation in my mind like this, will I then truly be able to forgive.
4. Good wishes from others
5. Sweet words
6. Hope: this comes when I see that I have the tools to heal myself.
7. Our attitude towards ourselves/others can be healing or harmful. Try seeing yourself in these four roles:
– a joyful powerful child: innocence, purity, joy, non-judgmental, powerful.
– a hero: brave, positive, wise.
– an angel: loving, protective, full of goodness.
– a healer: nurturing, caring.
