Fun Factor 3

LIFE IS A GAME
The moment you find that you are worrying too much, practise returning to being a child -go for it- with the knowledge of being an adult; the experience and knowledge. Experience childlike joy mixed with the abundance of knowledge in our hands.

– Enjoy the journey without worrying about the outcome. Enjoy playing, not winning.
Be a team player – life’s all about relationships, you’re not alone.
– Let everyone have a go
– Have humility
– Have an aim and objective –for every day, week, year.

For example, today I am going to play the game of:
– Not allowing anything get to me.
– Not getting upset.
– Not responding – verbally & internally.
– Not speaking up today.
– Finishing this task – Give everything your best shot.

– Have no fear – accept challenges. You’ll never know if you don’t try!

I can only have fun when I am not afraid of the outcome, then I have the confidence to make mistakes and I am not taking myself seriously. I am free from worrying about what everybody else thinks, and feel I have a right to have a go. When I am free I can have fun.

Once we feel good internally then automatically we share this with others- to help others to feel good internally too. When we do something selflessly for another we feel that we have not really done anything at all.

In essence I am in control of my own destiny which is great fun. I do have a say in what I do. I am in control of how I want to perceive a situation. I control what type of thoughts I have. Life is fun when you live to your best, when you’re carrying out your hearts desires and dreams. Who’s to stop you? Only you!
