There are lots of situations in which we ‘encounter’ fear, but generally these turn out to be not as challenging as we were expecting them to be. The worry is all in our minds. The key to fearlessness is to be detached and then to step into the core of my real self.
In situations we sometimes find that we just can’t decide due to there being a conflict between two roles that are both equally important to us. We fear letting people down. In such a situation, check what is your heart saying.
There are some questions in life that you just can’t find the answer to by analysing. If you know ‘who you are’ though and are able to trust your feelings, then when you are in those kind of situations you can feel the fear but still act on your truth.
The skill is to be really clear about my motivation. Do I want something or do I want to share something valuable? If I want to share, Then, I won’t have fear because fear comes when I want something and I might not get it or I have something and I might lose it. Then, without fear, I can think of a creative solution to deal with a situation.
There are two ways that we perceive the world:
The perception of the world as a mechanism: in a mechanism there are things which control that mechanism.
The idea of ecosystem: it governs itself. Each individual entity produces something, contributing and attracting others to contribute to what is needed.
Instead of saying how do I get, I say: What is it that I need to offer? I feel a lot happier because I move from the mentality of surviving to the mentality of serving. The result is, then whatever I need comes to me.
Remember: As soon as you make a decision, you will be tested by the universe to see if you are really sure!
