We are all creators. We create everything with our thoughts. Our thoughts create our reality. Everything is just energy, this we perceive through our senses.
‘Like energy’ attracts like. If we think positively we feel positive. The effects of feelings on your body are known so it is important to have a control of our thoughts. Today’s world is in desperate need of peaceful thoughts.
Creativity finds its way in your life when you honour your creative side:
– find the things that you get internal joy from,
– do not suppress them,
– and by being you, not who other people wanted you to be.
Then you will start doing things more form the heart. Your motivation will be different, your creativity will increase and there is no selfishness involved. It feels very satisfying.
Following my dreams gives me a lot of confidence and belief in myself.
Meditation is a great way to emerge creativity.
Raja yoga meditation teaches you:
1. to be a master of yourself, of your mind (your kingdom) and to be able to consciously choose and create your thoughts.
2. to have union/connection with the Supreme Soul, the Master Creator. To connect you need to raise your conscious awareness of yourself to that of being a spiritual being, so as to be on the right frequency. Then you are able to draw power and feel the power of transformation. Allow that energy start recreating you.
When ego is out of the way God can come and create.
To get the best from life, I need to:
– learn to have a relationship with myself, separate from all the roles that I am involved in.
– have a vision of where I want to be, where I want to go. The clearer the vision, the more likely I am going to achieve it.
– know what I want in life:
1. What is it that I really desire for my life?
2. If I had that, how would it make me feel? Why do I want these things?
3. How would I be if I was perfect? How would I feel? While thinking and interacting what would be the quality of my relationships be? What type of things would I create?
Sit in silence and try and feel it, invoke the feeling of you being perfect, no weaknesses, no negativity, having the power to be able to do what you know is right, with no limitations. It’s not about writing a long list but more of a feeling, of an experience. Even accepting that there can be a perfect you is a beautiful thing to play with. We have all experienced those feelings somewhere in the past.
Be in the laboratory of your mind. Play; try to experience a new awareness. Try to change the running thoughts or thoughts of negativity. Don’t suppress but sit with them, and be detached from them. Do not think that you are ‘that pain’ but know that you create them.
