Rising Above the Noise

Noise is classified as pollution. Mind ‘noise’ decreases the free space within our minds, this in turn limits our creativity.

It is when there isn’t ‘space’ within and we look for empty spaces outside.

Mind noise: thoughts about the past, worries about the future, thoughts about possessions (anything we hold on to takes up space in our mind)

Creating ‘space’ within

Each one of us has an inner reservoir of peace- once we learn how to access this peace we can be and stay peaceful, radiate peace and use peace in our lives.

To access this peace:
1) develope ‘self’ awareness
i) make time to understand and know yourself- ask yourself the question “Who am I?”
ii) we say “I” and “mine” – differentiate between “I” the self and the things we say “mine” about- this body, possessions, ideas, etc.
iii) see yourself as an actor playing a part in the drama of life.

2) choose to stop negative and waste thoughts- which move at a very fast speed / create thoughts based on truth and ones filled with positivity and good wishes- these types of thoughts move at a much slower pace.

Becoming free from our ‘mind noise,’ the mind becomes peaceful and there is ‘space’ in the mind. We begin to understand ourselves and there is clarity, we are able to make the right move at the right time. We also feel more energised, as negative and wasteful thinking drains our energy- we radiate energy and become like living lighthouses.
