Before intention and action come into play, we need to be sure about our direction in life- my purpose or my inspiration.
Each of us has our own individual purpose. Nobody else can accomplish your purpose better than you can because only you have exactly the right mixture of qualities needed for this particular task.
A. DIRECTION
1. Asking these questions can help you to find your purpose in life:
– What would be a quality of life that you would not like to live?
– What do you find very difficult to do or you feel uncomfortable doing?
The opposite of these two things could be your truth, the thing that you value the most.
What do I care deeply about?
When I find the underlying positive qualities in the answers, I can explore them and find my purpose.
2. I should be able to measure the outcome of my purpose.
Check yourself. Refine and realign with your purpose constantly. Do it at every moment.
– Am I living according to my purpose?
If I am not experiencing that I am in any moment during the day, it means that then I am not living it. When I am aligned with my truth, I enjoy life and even every minor interaction is unique and great.
How do you check whether it is working and it is your real purpose?
Proof: you will ultimately be happy. When we have a purpose, life will help us. Difficulties come from inside, sabotaging you. It is a process.
B. INTENTION & ACTION
What is the quality of my motives/ thoughts?
The way that I see myself will shape my way to relate to others and to life. My feelings and thoughts shape my attitude. Also, when I change my attitude, my feelings change.
When the way I think and act are aligned, I live a natural life.
My actions maybe the same but my motivation will have changed. Every action that I do is coloured by my truth, feelings and motives. My life will take on a new colour.
‘I can’t’ is a huge block. Develop faith in yourself. Be patient with yourself. When we give ourselves good stuff like love and understanding we help ourselves. Beating ourselves up works against us.
The way to live my purpose: constantly remind yourself of your purpose and direction. This is the most important thing of my life.
