Give Up Bad Days Forever – 1

Bad days and good days – what is the difference?
There is no such thing as good or bad day, it is the label that we give. It just is. Bad weather is an attitude of the mind. Not being prepared for it makes it a bad day! Freedom is to choose one’s attitude in any given situation.

Golden rule: You have a choice to think whatever you want.

Negative and waste thoughts are very destructive. Your thoughts are not private, they are very public, they create a vibration. If you create nettles in your mind, that is what you get.

Things that spoil your day and tips to make them powerless

Other people being rude/angry: Have the awareness that they are being so because they are in pain inside. They are responding to that pain and trying to rid themselves of it by dumping it on you, because that is what they know best. Turn your attitude of ‘why?’ into one of mercy. The person gets stimulation from giving pain, the moment that they don’t get the stimulation they stop doing it. Bring in front of you all the difficult people that came to your life. What is the one thing they have in common? They all met you! You are at least half of the equation. Remember: in every difficulty it is always you who has to change because you cannot change anyone but yourself.

Illness: Illness is an attitude of mind. You have created a karmic account with your body and now you are settling that account, which is good news. There is nothing that can destroy the soul, you are eternal.

Feeling of not having enough: I feel this way because I am comparing myself. Imagine that everyone in the whole world is eating cabbage and banana. I wouldn’t feel bad until I saw someone eating papaya and mango, until the moment of comparison. You create your own fortune. The best thing you can do is smile and accept.

Guilt: It is an awareness of my defects. The more you think about your defects, the more power you give to them. There is no benefit in feeling guilty. Take responsibility, and ask for forgiveness if you need to. Then forget it. Live in the moment, enjoy the moment of this time.

To achieve these things with your mind is hard and sometimes looks impossible. When you start on the journey the will-power might not be there.
