Attract Abundance

Attract Abundance p8

Press ‘Pause’
Imagine pressing the ‘pause’ button, going within and retrieving whatever positive resource is needed right now. When you’re ready to bring this energy into play and to experience abundance, take your finger off the ‘pause’ button.

We already have everything we need
We already have everything we need. It is just that we don’t realise this because our attention is so focused on what is happening around us. To see and experience our inner wealth we need to become still inside. When we allow our mind to become silent we make space for our inner wealth to bubble up.

What are you focused on?
We tend to play the same thoughts over and over again every day. It is like playing the same CD all day every day. Who is talking? The critic? The victim? The hero? What types of thoughts are you re-enforcing daily? Are they enriching or depleting you?

Anchor Yourself to Inner Abundance
Learn to dive into your inner spiritual abundance. Here you can draw on all that is good. We can bring to the surface whatever we need. When we are anchored to our inner abundance we are on solid ground.

Come from Appreciation
It’s important to focus on what we do have, rather than what we don’t have. When we count our blessings we attract more abundance into our lives, partly because our eyes are open to see the opportunities that come in front of us.

What you have, is your starting point. You can nurture and grow what you have, inner peace, courage, love, patience.

Watch out for Self-Sabotage
Watch out for two traps:
Trap 1: ‘I need to be elsewhere or over there or do …. before I can enjoy my life.’ Know that where you are right now is exactly the right place to get you to where you want to go. Sometimes you need to accept and love what is, rather than fight it. When you do that, you’ll be able to see more clearly what you need to do next.

Trap 2: ‘I need, want or must have …. before I can enjoy my life.’ Sometimes what we think we need isn’t what we need. If we think we want something and it doesn’t come to us, despite all our efforts, it probably means that we don’t need it or it isn’t right for us just now. If we then let go of wanting that specific thing we make way for bigger and better things.

Shortcut?
Begin with ‘I am good enough’, ‘I am worthy enough’, have faith in this and dive in and become more and more of who you can be.
