When you discover what you were born to do, the song you were born to sing, then everything cooperates with you to grow, learn and do and you feel that you are living a life of abundance.
To experience a life of abundance focus on:
~ what you have, rather than on what you feel is missing in your life. Count the good things.the riches in your life and give thanks for them. this begins to create a feeling of abundance.
~ your inner wealth/strengths as focusing on these allow them to grow. When you feel full on the inside you will find yourself naturally giving and you feel a sense of gratitude for being able to give and the thanks and blessings of others. Also you will begin to find that whatever you need at a given time will appear automatically. This generates a feeling of abundance.
~ giving and sharing what you have with others. When you focus on serving others rather than on oneself you accumulate blessings from others, and this is a wealth that no-one can take away from you. You will also find that success comes naturally when you are motivated to benefit others/ by truth. This gives you a feeling of abundance.
The perfect example of someone living a life of abundance is Dadi Janki. Her whole focus is to serve humanity, to benefit whoever is in front of her and to give then the strength and courage to be who they are. Her wealth and richness of spirit is overflowing.
Practice:
Choose to think thoughts that give you strength, knowing that you are in charge of your thoughts. Negative and wasteful thoughts deplete our inner energy, so choose to be present and thoughts that enrich the moment.
Practice:
Just take 30 seconds and go inside, focus on something positive and allow that feeling to fill your inner world. The richer you feel inside the more present and focused you become and the less you are pulled here and there. Then your energy is less dissipated and you experience an inner stillness which allows your creative energy to flow and answers/new solutions to come to you.
Practice:
A generous heart and a willingness to accept others as are whatever they are currently going through creates a place of giving within and of abundance. Begin with being loving and accepting towards yourself and then extend this to others.
