Asking The Right Question: Part 2

Learn to dream – work with your strengths, successes, values, hopes. Questions spark and direct our attention, energy and effort. Ask yourself the question ‘What is it in them that inspires me?’. It is a life changing question but as you ask, you automatically feel a surge of enthusiasm coursing through you.

– At the start of the day:
Reflect on the best in yourself now, first of all, not on what you want to become in the future. ‘What do I value about me?’ – start the day with a sense of appreciation.

Once you’re stable in this begin to dream: ‘What do I want to experience today?’ Explore your hopes and dreams for your self. ‘What can I do to make this a reality for me today?’ Now move from questioning to creating a powerful thought: ‘I am that…’ You are then the answer.

– During the day:
If you’re encountering something difficult, to change its course – remember no more whys- ask: ‘What really matters to me right now?’ (To be right or to stay happy?),
‘What can I give or do differently?’ (Contribution)
‘What would ‘love in action’ do now?’

– At the end of the day:
Identify one thing that you think created a block for you today. Ask yourself, if you could wave a magic wand and not do this anymore:

‘What would I do differently?’
‘How would my feelings, my thinking change?
’ This will bring closure to the day and rest to your mind where all questions end.

– The 10th question is the answer:
‘Who am I?’
The biggest life-changing question of all and the answer again is in the question: ‘I am’.
