Courage: Loving to Live Dangerously

Moral courage: You have your standards and follow them come what may.

Physical courage: For example, like a fireman, without questioning what or why you just act.

Mental and emotional courage: For example, coming through a depression.

Spiritual courage: To see in myself who I truly am, the best and the worst parts, and to understand and develop the best.

Changing yourself needs courage. Our spiritual aim is to recover our courage.
Thoughts are very powerful. With deep life change of thinking re-develop the positive qualities of the soul.

* Self-talk: I should not beat myself up but remember to look at my thinking and start being positive. This is so beneficial for us and for the world. It gives hope. If you don’t have the knowledge of ‘who I am’ it is difficult to not be swayed by people’s opinions. Faith in the self is very important. This needs courage.

* Practise meditation to stop the chattering of the mind. Meditate regularly because only when I still my mind I can know myself.

* Do the inner work of letting go of ego so that you can have a peaceful mind. Have humility and accept others. It takes courage to think that everyone is good.

* Think of a time when you were extremely courageous. Remember all the good things that you have done when you feel down.

* Affirmations: to build into your physique affirm good things about yourself. Look at others in the same way as you do to yourself. If you keep this up for 3 weeks, it will become a habit.

* Finish negative desires. Let me put positive feelings and thoughts out; that will come back to me.

* I need to connect to the Supreme and absorb that pure, unconditional love for extra strength.

* Be determined and persevere. If you want to lead a happy life you have to remember it regularly.

When you have to do something, when the motivation comes from inside you find the courage to do it.
