When working on other people’s ideas, are you able to apply the same enthusiasm and excitement that you give to your own ideas?
When working on someone else’s idea:
a) become receptive to the idea
b) understand the vision behind it and
c) let the idea percolate in your head. This may stimulate enthusiasm and excitement in you to make the idea happen.
