Are you open in your conversations or do you find it challenging? When we communicate openly, we don’t know how the other person will respond. This not knowing makes us feeling vulnerable. Yet it’s this feeling of vulnerability that allows us to make real conversations and connections.
Be more open about who you are and what you need, want or feel. But if you’re finding vulnerable communication a real challenge, start small; such as, answering honestly when someone asks, “How are you?”
