It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is ‘Movement: moving more for mental health’.

This week, find ways to incorporate more movement into your daily life; whether it’s doing more outdoor activities, taking the stairs instead of the lift, or standing up and moving around every hour (if you’re sitting too much). Also, find ways to move the mind; whether it’s through meditation, reading books or articles that broaden your perspective, or solving puzzles or brain teasers.
