Meditation is an intentional act of self-care. Let’s prioritise what matters most, ourselves and take this time for ourselves to breathe, rest our mind and restore our wellbeing.

Join us to tune out the noise of the world around you and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

This is a free in-person meditation.

The meditation will start on time. Doors close at 6pm, so please arrive by 5.55pm.
