Need a bit of calm? Take time out from a busy December and join us for a guided meditation and some mindful moments.
All you need to do is light a candle or two and simply rest your gaze on the gentle flickering flame of the candle. It’ll help ground you in the moment, quiet your mind and warm your soul. Because everything feels cosy, comforting and calm by candlelight!
