LET’S MEDITATE TOGETHER: 30 minutes, 4 days

Meditation is a time to relax, refresh and recharge your mind. It also boosts your focus, wellbeing and resilience.

Join us for 30 minute guided meditations and visualisations at Inner Space.

From 6.30pm – 7pm let’s meditate on…

  • Monday 15 May: Relaxing in a Hammock
  • Tuesday 16 May: The Mind Room
  • Wednesday 17 May: Walking in the Woods
  • Thursday 18 May: Sailing into Calmness

The meditation will start on time. Doors close at 6.30pm, so please arrive by 6.25pm.
