  • Gratitude: Cultivate a habit of being thankful for what you have. This boosts energy and reduces the tendency to complain, leading to a happier and more peaceful life.

I understand that positive thoughts nourish the soul. So, instead of indulging in negative “chocolate” thoughts, I’ll focus on a “healthy diet” of empowering ideas. I love my life and want to enjoy it with others, this is possible by staying positive.
