We perceive stress as the most positive sign in life.  It’s simply a messenger, guiding us to a state of balance.  We’re improving our well-being by devloping the skills of listening to the messenger and exploring how to act, before, during and after the stress experience.

We will look at:

  • Strengthen your ability to respond by understanding the true causes of stress
  • Turn resistance into acceptance and release creative energy
  • Stop consuming others’ stress and being affected by their emotions
  • Make some ‘quality time’ for yourself
  • Apply effective daily tools and insights even whilst under pressure

Courses run once a week for 2 weeks.
