Relaxation Strategies
We perceive stress as the most positive sign in life. It's simply a messenger, guiding us to a state of balance. We're improving our well-being by devloping the skills of listening to the messenger and exploring how to act, before, during and after the stress experience.
We will look at:
- Strengthen your ability to respond by understanding the true causes of stress
- Turn resistance into acceptance and release creative energy
- Stop consuming others' stress and being affected by their emotions
- Make some 'quality time' for yourself
- Apply effective daily tools and insights even whilst under pressure
Courses run once a week for 2 weeks.
